How Does the Program Work?
As a contractor, there is no formal sign up, just download the contractor profile form and send it in with your customer's credit application (if this is your first lease transaction with TLS). As an applicant (Business Owner), simply complete and submit the credit application form. Choose the application submittal method that you prefer:
(1) complete the online form and submit electronically;
(2) complete the online form, then print, sign, and fax it; or
(3) download the credit application, then print, complete, sign, and fax.
Let us handle all of the rest. If your project is over $75,000, your last two year-end financial statements plus interim statements may be required. If you do not have audited or accountant reviewed statements, please send in two years Federal tax returns. We will keep you updated on your loan status via email or phone. Once your project is approved, you will receive paperwork. Review it, approve it, and send it back. Upon receipt of your approved paperwork, a purchase order will be issued and your project is ready to go!! It’s as simple as that!
Trane Leasing Services can handle any size project over $2,000.00. There is no limit! Terms can be structured from 24-84 months*. The only initial investment will usually be two advanced payments at lease signing, as well as a one time administrative/documentation fee not to exceed $150.00** That’s significantly less than the amounts charged up front with a typical bank loan! Trane Leasing Services can also get creative for you and put together unique structures to meet your special requirements. Some of the flexible options we offer include:
